If, however, you are dissatisfied with one of our products, you may return it to us within 30 days of the original ship date to receive a refund. Please note: return shipping charges are at the purchaser’s expense; original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Items purchased through a Nootka & Sea retailer must be returned or exchanged through that specific retailer, and must be done in line with their specific return policies and guidelines.
